Victory Management is responsible for providing the community financials and bookkeeping services. The 2024 annual assessment of $315 was due January 30, 2024. April Annual Meeting will be held at the Anne Arundel Community College on Thursday, April 25th at 6:30p - CALT Building 1st floor lecture hall.
May Meeting will be held at the West Street Annapolis Library in the Campbell-Chambliss Community Meeting Room at 6:30p on Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30p.
Cluster Mailboxes: Residents who receive mail in the cluster boxes are responsible for the maintenance of those units. The USPS will replace a lock when needed for a fee charged to the homeowner.
